I used to be 164 and now im down to 155 my goal is to lose 20 more pounds. I go to the beach almost every morning w a friend she really push me to work harder plus there are a lot of people working out there ..my thing is im from the island and I love eating rice does anyone has any tips on how to stop because I feel like I put on weight everytime I eat it...I dont know if this is healthy but I eat two bananas for breakfast every morning ..tuna salad for lunch and fruits for dinner
