Do you have a MI-KI doggie?
I found that their personalities fit my life-style so I’m considering on getting one. According to my research, they are “perfect” little dogs. Every breed seemed to have flaws (example: shed, barks a lot, too playful, need constant attention, bad health ect..) but I can’t find anything bad about this breed. Do you have one? What do you think about them? What is the REAL Mi-Ki dog like and how are they different from other breeds?

Phrannie. The problem is that I love dogs so much, I couldn’t reject any dog even if their needs didn’t fit my life-style. Ex. Some dogs needs more excercise, more grooming, needs additional attention, has more health issues.
I didn’t want to sound like I only like a certain type of dog. I’m sure other breeds are very good too but I’m probably not the best possible parent for it. I understand that they are a new breed. Thanks for the comments guys!
The breed is still in it’s “beginnings’ so tho they are working on setting a standard (and it appears they are working diligently via DNA)…it’d be harder to say what they are really like, or what “variation”…which part of the mix would be dominant in any particular pup.
You should probably look around, find breeders…then decide on a certain set of parents whose qualities you like…

PS…there’s a downside to EVERY dog breed…the good part is they are all DOGS…and if you love dogs, you’ll probably be fine with whoever you chose.
