What is up with my doggie?
Gaaah my dog constantly goes around sniffing ppls..crotch 0_o Why is that?? Is It normal? I mean geez my frends comeover and she has her nose all up in there buisness..its kind of disturbing 0_o lol what’s going on with her??
I heard somewhere, yet, I have no sources to back it up with, but they told me that the pee gives up a scent of how secure the person is.
the dog also uses it to acknowlegde where is the persons territory around the house or were ever
My neighbors dog does that. I don’t know why either, but I just yell at her and smack her in the nose.
LOL - I have no advice I just found that funny how you put it lol
it is totally normal for dogs to do that my dog does that but instead of peoples crotch`s she sniffs peoples butts.
Well…it’s perfectly “normal” for a dog…they sniff each others crotches…for identification purposes…It’s a bad doggie habit when they do it to people…

Of course it is normal for a dog to do this, it is like shaking someone’s hand for humans.
However, for a dog, they do this to understand:
Your gender Your personal scent You ranking (like in the wild with a pack of dogs)
It is instinct, do not correct it, it is totally normal.
