heres a peom i wrote to my father ,u left me here and never came back,u broke my mothers heart and nevered cared, u said that u loved me, but i wasnt sure u did, cause words dont mean a thing, its something u can say or sing, one thing that my mother said was true, i do need a father, but i dont want him to be u! should i let my father read this should i tell him how i feel. i dont know wat to do i dont see him much and i dont know if he is a live
Sure. It's definitely a cry for help. He will either refute everything said in the poem, become angry, or act indifferent (maybe not respond). Nonetheless, it's a good poem, and it will allow you to tell him how you really feel. You can't harbor these feelings of resentment forever..get them off your chest and tell your father the truth regardless of what his reaction is. If you send the poem to him, send it via certified mail so you can confirm he received it.
