Why did you disable wintermichelleiero’s account? I am her family member and this is her email address!
Her email mailbox does not work so she can not send or recieve emails!You are making me fustrated cause she is innocent!

I’ve already explained it. Her email address on file is NOT VALID. Any emails sent to her bounce back.
Until we have a VALID email address, her account will stay disabled. This has been explained to you and also has been left as a comment on her profile.
Pretty simple, really.
