Differnce between physical and mental addictions?

physical add.= like mastrubation & it could be quit but sooo hard & also like daily habbits mental add.= like memories or even porn or any thing you used to think of a lot & its kinda impossibe to quit because it memorized & saved in the brain for life

Mental is where you think you are addicted to it,but your really not. and Physical is where you really can’t stop like drinking or smoking! Like feeding the dog, that is physical, but it would have to be cause if you don’t feed the dog, it is going to fall over dead like my fish a few years back into the 90’s!

physical addiction is when your body doesnt function properly with out the (whatever your addicted to ) and mental is when you think things are going wrong without the stuff

Physical addictions lead to withdrawl symptoms and tolerance Psychological addiction is a mental dependence

mental- you think you need it. physical- youre body actually depends on it and does need it
