Please Help! Graduation Gift for Mentally Challenged Girl

My cousin is graduating high school in the beginning of June. I want to buy her a special gift, something that says I am proud of her, but there are a few conditions I need to follow:

1.) She’s mentally challenged. She will not be attending college so buying her towels and dorm-room items is not necessary. In fact she still lives at home with her mom and probably always will. She’s not in a wheel chair or anything like that, but the doctors have said that she has the mind of a 5 year old. I disagree thinking more around the age of 7-10. No physical disabilities, just mental.

2.) I am in over my head in bills and with 2 small children I have very little spending money. I don’t have a lot of time for creating things, so making something is not such a good idea unless it’s simple. I hope this don’t sound terrible, but I am trying to think/find something $25 and under. I have been struggling since I moved, and need to find something special yet inexpensive. PLEASE HELP!

I can’t spell it but the machine that let’s you sing songs on it and it plays your voice on it kareoke machine? Lol I can’t spell hmm another idea is a huge bear or huge stuffed animal at sams they are 19.99 and you can buy a huge white tshirt or her school color and write congrads and her name and on the back o9!then put it on the bear Then if you want to spend a lil more over itz neck you can put a gift bag with some chocolates or a movie she likes or even a lil money but like make it look like the bear is giving it to her… I’m sure shed love it!
