I think they will hun. First of all taking any dietary supplements are not good. Its better to exercise, and eat healthy and the weight will shed of naturally. Just change the way you eat and start exercising. If you need any tips you're welcome to ask. Just I don't think it is safe for you to take them, things have an expriation date for a reason, you are better off to just throw them out. :)
the expiration date was just put on pills to make you buy more i have fish oil and pain reliever from many years ago and they work just as well as the new ones
once i had a yougrt that was 2 days expried and i got real sick, now think about dietary supplements 2 years expired .. real dangerous
This is correct ... expired vitamins will no no more harm than taking fresh vitamins, but their potency can't be guaranteed.
The dietary supplements are just to speed up my metabolism while I exercise and eat right. It's just to help.
I don't think they will harm u but I wudnt advice takein them, they have probably lost thr potency
Yoghurt and vitamins are two very different things ... you can't use that as a comparison.
things have expiration dates for a reason.... its no good for you
Know the expiration date before taking that dietary supplement.
*Correction: "expired vitamins will CAUSE no more harm"
Not harmful but possibly less potent.
