hi iam healthy male 20 years old .. i go to gym .i read online that nolvadex is ani estrogen so i tool it for one week to help me to be more in shape ..but after that week .. all side effect happened ..now my joints pain and i have rash and thinning in hair so please help how can detoxify ..and i stopped taking it after a week
