I am 25 my husbend is 28 we both think this is the right time to start a family. but whilst trying we had tests that revealed he is fine but I have psos what can we do to emprove our chances will we ever be pregnant please help. heartbroken
I'm not sure what psos is but if it's a fertility problem then you'll need to speak to a specialist. In the meantime start taking a prenatal vitamin (they're available at any drug store or walmart), quit smoking, and drinking or doing any kind of drugs. Keep yourself healthy, and fit and schedule a regular yearly OB/GYN exam if you haven't had one.
I used to work in OB and have no idea what psos is. Ask your OB/GYN to write it down and then google it for more information.
