How would you describe yourself in a job application?
Working on a job apply, need some idea’s to put down? so how would you describe yourself?
i also go so far on it I’m a listener i know how to follow directions great. I’m intelligent, kinda shy when i first meet peoples. I’m always hard working, i like to try my best at everything, I’m honest i don’t really like to lie. (( feel free to toss me tips on how to improve it))

Ok here’s the difference between a job application and an online dating profile. In a job application, you’re trying to sell yourself for a job. While it is endearing on a social networking site to say you’re shy at first, that does not help sell you on a job application. So if they ask for weaknesses during a job interview, you can say that you are somewhat inhibited when you initially meet people, but that you do warm up given a little time. You dont really want to put that unless they’re asking. Focus on your strengths, you are selling yourself, and you want them to know why they should pay for your skills. So how to make that list sound good. You can say you are conscientious, detail oriented, good at following directions, determined, success oriented. Hardworking is fine and a good one to have. It would help to back this stuff up with a few words. When you say you are conscientious and detail oriented, talk about being a careful listener and following directions well. Etc etc.
