Dermatologist appointment

I have a a small mole on my back and o a dermatology appointment in the middle of may at my local hospital and was wondering if anyone could tell me if they have been to one before and what happens there. im pretty nervouse as I’ve read on the internet that you you have to change twise throughthe appointment, and at one point you are naked with just a gown and and at the otherpoint are just wearing underwear. Im sooo nervouse as I hate my body and am very self conscious. Any advise??? :(

Do not worry… they’ve seen a lot of patients practically naked … it’s their job and they will not make fun of you right in front of your face probaly afterwards with co workers, after work with friends or maybe when they get home. I feel the same way when a doctor has to look at a private part of me, but that’s not what I think about.. they’ve seen others, probably worse than me.. I know it’s all in my head cause I have the perfect body.. but it’s probably not all just in your head because you actually hate your body… and they’ve probably seen someone a lot better… they got some people in this world ugh… just dont forget to take a shower before you leave so you can be at your cleanest.

don’t worry… they’ve seen everyone in everyway.. it’s their job and they will not make fun of you. if feel the same way when a doctor has to look at any part of me, but that’s what I think about.. they’ve seen others, probably worse than me.. although, I do know it’s all in my head cause I have almost perfect body.. so it’s probably all just in your head… and they’ve probably seen someone a lot worse… they got some people in this world… just dont forget to take a shower before you leave so you can be at your cleanest.
