I don't think that there is a sure way of diagnosing without a professional's point of view. Have you read up on it? LIke symptoms? The internet has a lot of information on the topic. They might help you get some more insight into the subject before you go off to see a doctor.

well for me my mom brought me in to my regular doctor and didnt tell me why I was there and the doctor gave me a test only one page long where they asked a question and you answer 0-3 to tell how bad it is then they add up the numbers and the higher the number the worse it is
If you think you might be suffering from depression, that in itself may be a good enough reason for you to see a therapist who can 1) confirm or deny the diagnosis and, more importantly, 2) begin to treat you for whatever is causing you pain.
You just kinda know. Some people may not be able to admit they are depressed, but most of the time a person just knows. If your questioning it, you should prolly get checked for it though.
What about a primary care doctor? School nurse? No access to any health care at all??
