Defamation of Character
Recently, my grandmother and I both recieve notice in the mail stating that I had called in a transfer of funds from her account to mines. I have never done any such thing. In fact, I did not know that my grandmother had an account at that bank. Would be able to sue the bank for defamation of character since now my grandmother thinks that I’m a thief?
but do I have a case for defamation of character?
