hmm im not sure but have you always used pads? and not tampons? because I know one of my friends has dark lips because we were best friends and just didnt care lol, and she never wore a tampon always pads, so I was thinking I know it sounds silly but maybe, its like stain? like if theres blood there for a long time it could stain? so yeah period stains? can you remmeber it being like that when you were really young and when you didnt have your periods? maybe keep washing and start to wear tampons..see if it fades, and if you do allready were tampons, then I have NOOO idea sorry, funmail me to tell me if anything changes or what you use to see if my moto is right! lol

its mainly due to the panty u use . make sure u chose soft one .. using of bleach would be harmfull for ur genitals ,so try keeping that area from any rough inner wear or tight one including jeans . as the friction due walking would cause shin darkening …. following this would reduce the darkness considerbly . but it is also good practice to see a doctor on that . for fast cure
