what are superficial lumps that swell then go away..help?

okay so since I was about 15 years old (wasnt sexually active til 18..now am 20) I started getting these large lumps on my inner thigh where my legs rub together when I walk…(im not severely obese.. 5’4” 165 lbs…).they started off red now they are brownish purplish. I have 2 on each leg. every 2 weeks or so they swell up and are severely painful. I tried to pop one(and believe me I used a needle and squeezed hard) but all that came out was a drop of blood and a drop of clear liquid. they are always in the same spot and when they arent inflamed they just look like a nasty brown scar.. please help im tired of being gross.

I’ve been checked for ALL stds… I dont have any… I wasnt sexually active for the first 3 years they were there… pus and blood dont really come out.. I tried to make something come out but nothing did except for the drop and bloodish clear liquid from the needle going in…

since you are sexually active they very well could be an std like genitle warts or herpes its very unlikley that there just pimples if they dont go away and puss and blood comes out of them you need to see a doctor asap if you do have an std then it wont be cureable, only treatable to make it not as bad
