Dancing is great exercise! It gets all you muscles moving and helps to burn off pounds and firm everything up. I think the nicest thing about dancing is that it doesn’t feel like exercise!

no dancing can’t make you buff. dancing helps you get a toned body so you’ll shed pounds in different areas like the stomache, butt, legs, etc

Well will it get you buff-No Toned-yes because in order to tone your just removing excess fat from the space between skin and muscle. Buff on the other hand is the tearing of the muscle so it repairs it self there for making it bigger.

Dancing tones your muscles to were you look good because it is cardio, but the only way to get buff is weight lifting and things of that sort with the right amount of protein. If you dance modern you develop more muscles and flexibility. Latin dance tightens muscles and can give you a nice booty and legs. Ballet firms all muscles. ect. ect. Dance is just overall a great workout.
