Well whats making your neck have pain? A heating pad works for me.
I think I slept in a bad position. My neck hurted from the left side but as I spent more time in the computer the pain went to the back of my neck
I get a massage every few months, helps alot. I think you ought to try it out for your neck.

stretch and roll your neck, for really bad muscle pains i’d rub and massage some vapor rub onto it, such as vicks or bengay :)
Use a heating pad, rub some Biofreeze on it(<<works really good) or try a pain reliever such as Tylenol, Advil or Aleve.
