well...if dry red wine, most meats go with it...roast beef, steaks, beef stews & such...(some include chicken as well others dont & leave it up to a dry white wine, although i feel it goes better with fish) I guess it all depends on your taste buds & what you prefer!
Now...if a fruity wine, then deserts(like sangria would go with deserts or pieces of fruits in it because it is a red fruity wine)
