You don’t “make someone” like you. If there is an attraction, it goes on from there. Otherwise, you can’t. And even if you could…would you want that specific person? Because once he was bored with you, some other girl would “make him like her”, right?
This is one of those times in your life when you need to look at yourself and grow up a little bit.
