Could I maintain this way?

do you think if I ate around 2,000-2,300 calories a day, and every other day I worked out and burnt about 1,000 calories every other day, that I could maintain my weight?

btw, im like, 133.

It would depend how old you are and what gender you are. If you go on to google and type in calorie needs calculator you can see how many calories you need each day to healthily maintain your current weight. Also be sure to eat healthily :)

Answer #2

Everyone is a little different in terms of calorie intake, exercise, and weight management.

The scale does not lie, and neither does the mirror. Likewise, the tape measure.

Measure your waistline every couple of weeks, check your weight on a good scale once per week, or simply check in the mirror. What do you see?

2,000 calories in a healthy amount…are your energy levels good? That is another check point.

If you have good energy, and feel good, then that probably is a good level to be at.

Listen to your body…if you feel drained or tired, perhaps add a little more healthy food.
