corset piercing?

has anyone here ever had a corset piercing? what did they feel like? did you have problems and did it look good?

Most piercers won’t do corset piercings. Although they do look pretty cool. What usually happens is someone will get them done long enough to get pictures taken, and then take them out.

if you are seriously planing to get them, make sure they don’t use capture hoops. The safest way to get them is to get surface piercings.. slightly curved bars which have capture hoop attachments, or get the implanted bars with the capture hoop attachments.

the second picture shows the correct type of piercing that will reduce the risk of infection. The first picture shows the type of piercing that is meant to be temporary.

Make sure they do it right. And don’t let them talk you into the wrong way. (they will try)

no but my friends sister is about to get one.

and they are only temporary by the way, and mostly used for photography, so just incase your planning on getting one, dont count on it staying in a long time without getting infected or something like that. =)

It feels like any other surface piercing. Most likely, the amount of pain is akin to a navel piercing. They are only temporary like emily said, mainly for photography. Try sleeping when you’ve got a dozen hoops in your back! They would most likely reject within a month, anyway.
