Actually, yes it does. It’s a type of binding. The fat & waste will be naturally disposed of(either shtting or pssing it out if ti’s water weight). It will make you’re waste quite small. It’s a type of biding really. People have accomplished extremely small waist wearing corsets. No, it’ll just make you look sexy. Though it depends, if you mean one of those slimming suit type corset things, then that will make your stomach appear flatter but it isn’t going to change anything permanently, It’s not going to work your abdominal muscles
