What cookbook can you not live without?

I collect them & I always love to hear other people’s faves. I truly love all the Taste of Home books and Betty always kicks butt.

My textbooks from when I went through culinary school to become a chef…they’re my bibles, and they’ve had to be taped back together more than once, lol

I used to swear by the Fannie Farmer Cookbook but lately I’ve change my allegiance to Joy of Cooking.

I don’t think you would do wrong with either Fannie Farmer or Joy but truthfully I have old editions of both cookbooks so I don’t know what the current editions are like.

I’ve been looking for a good vegan cookbook. I’ve yet to find a vegan cookbook that is as encyclopedic as FF or Joy.

I have a wild game cook book (can’t remember the title or author tho) that I really like. Its beat-up, and missing the cover along with several other pages, but still has some great recipes in it.
