Control anger?

How do you control youre anger? like you know how when you bottle everything inside, like when youre mad and all, and one day everything just bursts out and you lose control. and sometimes, when im really mad, I feel like beating up someone, or throwing something at someone or just hurting them (which I know isnt good, at all). and I start to be all rude. music helps me a lot, but what if im not in the house? I mean, I dont bring my ipod everywhere. or when im at someone’s house, or at school, or a mall or something. and deep breaths dont help a lot either. its like, something has to be broken or hurt then ill be happy. its like im another person

Answer #2

get to the root of this problem.. think about why you get so angry.. think about the things that make you angry..situations… its impossible to avoid the things that make you angry so angry because sooner or later they will unexpectedly pop up…

one of the best things its talking about it to someone..getting everything off your chest,,,you dont realise how much you had bottled up untill its all released. its like a big weight off your shoulders…

you should try channel this anger in a positive way… exercise… boxing…sports… anything active… it will release good chemicals in your brain and make you feel better…then your less likely to “attack” at people and less likely to get angry… you might even have pms lol

Anger is a natural emotion that each of us experiences. When used correctly it can motivate us into action to complete a task or right an injustice. This type of anger can give us a strong sense of accomplishment when we take immediate action to correct the injustice or perceived wrong.

However, anger can also be a thief. When someone directs anger negatively toward themselves or others, anger steals from that person.
