Is it okay to use concealer instead of a base before applying eye shadows?

  My undereye concealer always creases unless I use primer before it (Because I have a tiny "wrinkle" just under my lashline :D). So I don't think the concealer would prevent creasing and caking, which is the point of eyeshadow primer.

  Yeah, I used to do that. It just doesn't hold it as well as primer.
