Confronting parents about moving out at 18 while in HS

How do I confront my mom (who will then tell my dad) about moving out while still in high school? I’m 18 and my boyfriend and his best friend/old roommate just got accepted for this gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment. It’s like 10 minutes away from my actualy house and it’s more convenient with the time and distance to drive to school/work each day. I don’t want to do the whole sit-down thing ‘cause that’s too awkward. I know my mom will object, but I’m so sure about this. I’ve already written out a list of expenses to prove I can handle my money and a list of positive reasons.

We’ve been together for a year and four months. We’re very much in love and we’ve talked about marriage, but obviously not soon. He’s 22 and has lived on his own before as well as his best friend. They both make the most money.
