At your age proposing won’t do you a whole lot of good (credibility will be beyond a minor issue) :o… Don’t propose to her seeing as it would be unrealistic and it could intimidate/ confuse her. Proposals, marriage, etc are things that you should think about later in life. She kicked you because she felt very offended I’m sure. If you don’t consider her safety, health and well-being then of course she is going to be angry, but she could have handled things in a better way, yes.

Condoms are normally available in chemists and supermarkets and in some youth centres (over here anyway). You will tend not to be questionsed because this is more of a ‘better safe than sorry’ topic. For them to not sell you condoms on the basis of your age would be quite foolish of them.
