and what would happen if you have one but do everything like normal (sleep, school, sports.... and maybe something like rolling down a hill)? is there any real risk of not dignosing a concusion or doing certain activities with one?
thanks :) cause i got hit in the head wednesday by my nephew in like the temple to the point i blacked out for a few seconds and i felt sick to my stomach for a while after, I got a massive headache to the point i couldnt keep my eyes open, I also felt like in a fog, and i was dizzy all night and then periodically throughout the next day. On thursday the back of my head was slammed into the solid wooden part of my couch, instantly the nausia, massive headache, dizziness, light headedness, came back. also, my eyes have been like randomly trying to refocus especially on friday. i have had most of those conditions on and off since then. whenever i move/turn quickly im dizzy and even the littlest of things set off a bad headache.... if its not a concusion do you have any idea what might be causing this?
If you have a concussion, that will usually go along with severe headache, sickness and sometimes balance problems. You will not feel well enough to do any sports if you really have one. And a severe concussion should be treated by a doctor. While a rather light concussion can be cured by rest, cooling the swelling and more rest.
