Everytime I get on it, I have to restart my computer to even enter the net. and when I try to movie my mouse it doesn't move till I like move it around alot. and just recently my keybored has been having problems where I have to press the keys multiple times. I really don't need this computer acking up on me. cause for one it's not mine. it's my parents and two I don't have the patience for it. How do I fix it without asking my parents cause if I do that, they'll snap at me for screwing it up. Thanks

run the program see if it finds anything (do not restart your PC yet!)
Download ComboFix, a utility which disables and removes most if not all viral processes : http://funadvice.com/r/167jaqbu4ur
4.Run combofix and allow it to fully finish (it will restart your PC once or twice) this will make sure the virus/malware has stopped its infection of your PC, Be aware if combofix does not run, closes mid process or something like that run TDSSkiller again and dont restart the PC until combofix does so

Check your drivers for your mouse and keyboard. Also, you should clean up your computer registry, because if its corrupted or bloated it can cause all kinds of problems for your computer. It can slow your computer down, give you errors, and mess with your day to day operations.
You probably have a virus. You need to get it checked out. Don't visit any sketchy sites (p*rno sites, etc).
Your computer may also need to be defragamitised.
