(without the use of a condom)?
The combined pill and mini pills are both 99% effective if taken correctly (this is sourced from the NHS website, which is very reliable), meaning only 1 woman in every 100 is likely to get pregnant whilst on it. However, that means there is still a slight chance. As long as you make sure you take the pill everyday at around the same time, use condoms too if you have had a stomach upset that day; are on antibiotics or missed a pill and are just reliable in taking it, such as starting your packets on the right day and so on, then it is pretty safe to let a guy come in you. I have been on the pill for 3 years for example and did not use condoms (I knew both of us were clean from STIs) and I was fine. But, for some people pregnancy does occur as you can't be 100% protected, even using both the pill and a condom. It is always advisable to use both methods if you can, just to be sure.
Make sure if you do have sex without a condom that you are sure both of you have had a sexual health check and are in a commited relationship, so you know that he will not be sleeping with anyone else too and is clear of STIs and STDs, as this is something that can be a major problem if not using condoms.
And of course you can lower the risk of pregnancy by timing it so immediately after your period is the safest time, for about a week or more.
no its not safe... even if the touch of s**** near your V*** area can get you chance of pregnant too... pill are safe but not 100%
The only thing that is completely safe is abstinence, but taken properly, the pill has about a 98% efficiency rating.
You won't be "safe" from std's, though.
