I have this collection agency calling me, and I think the man on the other end of the phone was extremely rude! I have bills like everybody else, and I'm a bit behind schedule...however, that's no reason to call me up & be rude.
Can you let me know if colletion agencies are always so rude, or am I just unlucky?
"supcat" – maybe you can explain to me why it is ok for collection agencies to harass those of us who DO pay our bill when attempting to garner information about your clients problematic accts??? If the people lending money (your clients) paid any mind to who was credit worthy or not before giving credit, you wouldn't need to call so many people and I wouldn't be receiving these nasty collections calls for bills I haven't made, nor for people I'm not responsible for!!! Seriously, I feel this method needs to be seriously looked at by the FCC!
Pay your bill! Obviously someone has realized that your not intending to pay your bill. I am on the recieving end of customers not paying. When you are ignored and the customer refuses to explain himself to you and continues to lie, what else is there to do?
i also am behind, like everyone. i get the same thing, calls morning and night, they are very rude! i just hang up! i read the site that was given to you, good info. so remember your not alone!!! good luck!
i once had to do telemarketing for a small time job...i was def. not rude to people and respected their answers...there is no need for them to get nasty or rude...take it a step higher to company
