clingy boyfriend
im 16 years old and have a boyfriend who just turned 17. we’ve only been dating 2 1/2 weeks. but I already love him and he says he loves me. I believe him. we have a really good realtionship and are both christians with strong faiths. we put all our problems in God’s hands. but lately he’s been rather “clingy”. he always has to be around me. ilove his company, but its getting out of hand. how to I tell him to back off without hurting him?
At your age it’s easy to be clingy. He just really loves you. Just polightly let him know that you love him but you feel a bit smothered and want to spend some “girl time” with your friends.
