What is the cleanest city you have personally been to ?
I think Zhuhai in China is the cleanest city I have been to. Standing on the west bank of the estuary of the Pearl River to the South China Sea, Zhuhai is a gardenlike coastal city with 146 charming islands, thus it has got the fame of “a city with hundreds of islands”. With its amazing large green area, the city is a modern ecotype resort. The beautiful Jingshan Road (jīn shān lù 金山路) and Qinglü Road (Lovers' Road, qíng lǚ lù 情侣路) add romantic atmosphere to Zhuhai.
Zhuhai is also famous for its hot springs and golf clubs where you can take a break from sightseeing. The consummate tourist reception and service system offers many choices of entertainment as well. Dining and shopping are also pleasant. Western and oriental cultures collide and combine here: an open, colorful, and romantic Zhuhai awaits you.

Personally, I'd say Singapore...pretty amazing place.
Second, Manhattan...for the size at least the area around Grand Central was amazing.
Dirtiest for it's size has to be San Francisco...yuck.
Probably Vancouver (Canada), Toronto (Canada) or Melbourne (Australia). after all, those cities were in the top 5 in the world list of "cleanest and most livable cities in the world"
Rome Italy I think is the cleanest. After all I've been to almost every country out there
Savannah, Georgia was a clean and charming city.
Toronto, second Ottawa
