Oh, my bad. My sister took her's out within the first week or 2 overnight because her sinuses got bad & she just put it back in first thing in the morning. You can just take it out, let it sit in peroxide for 5 minutes, rinse it & put it back in. Or if you don't wanna risk it, get a q-tip and dip it in warm salt water.. (or regular, doesn't make much of a difference. :P) & clean around the piercing.
get a q-tip or cotton swab with peroxide or warm water and push the nose stud/ring up to get around the piercing. use as many as you need until the cotton on the end is clean after wiping around it. don't forget to do the inside, too.
Nor did I.... You know it takes months to heal piercings right? Just because it's healing doesn't mean it's fresh. facepalm
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO peroxide is NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO for fresh piercings.
Actually I was talking about cleaning the actual ring/stud & she didn't say at first that it was fresh. So. :)
I just got it done this week i was playing some basketball got hit..Is it safe to take out on the first week?
Yea i messed up playing ball =P i got a q tip and cleaned around it and the inside as well hope it worked.
Do not use peroxide!! Just wipe the dry blood off with a wet cotton bud.
Actually it isn't good for healing piercings. Please do your research.
Thanks i did i actually mixed the salt and warm water and i was fine.
Let it sit in peroxide for a few minutes then rinse it with water..
I got some hot water and q tip to clean around it and inside.
I know i didn't do that, i used hot water to clean it out.
