I wouldn't use wimpy lol, but for yu to choose the right sport for urself is difficult in a way. First yu gotta have a love And passion for that sport, then yu have to go out and find certain training camps to make yu better and build up ur skill and make ur endurance increase. After doing this, yu should then play for ur skool in whatever sport yu chose. Then after the season is over, try to find a summer league where yu can keep it skills up... Remember go find the sport yu really wanna play. Hope I helped :) :)
Dont think of sports as "hey it needs to have a ball of some sort". I was never big into sports growing up, but I did love gymnastics and dance, which ARE sports. They are physically demanding. Then I got into MMA and kickboxing but thats not for someone "wimpy". Also try skiing or rock climbing.
What sports do you like? I love playing basketball but to be honest I suck at it. But its fun to play so I continue to play every year hoping to get better.

Well if you are really almost 91 years old, how about knitting or crochet- probably NOT a good idea to get started on hang gliding...
If you're wimpy, you shouldn't play sports.
