Does chocolate break your face out?

It’s the large amounts of sugar in the chocolates that make you breakout.

no it doesnt, foods dont create acne, people used to think that if you ate greasy foods that it would make your face more greasy which creates acne along with an excess of dead skin cells. so no you can eat all the chocolate you want without the worry of breaking out, plus eating dark chocolate is actually really good for you, it raises antioxidants in your blood to help protect your heart and protects your dna that might lead to cancer!!

Diet is not tied to acne at all, let alone chocolate. In fact chocolate works as an antidepressant and also releases a chemical in the brain called serotonin, which is known to reduce stress. Stress actually causes acne to become worse. I would think chocolate actually should help improve acne not make it worse.

Nahh its not true. (: spots and stuff are down to hormones+how you treat your skin more, kionda about genes too(?) If chocolate causes spots, i would be spotzilla right now :P xx

if you eat2 much junkfood (including chocolate) then ya, itll cause breakouts. all of the sugar and stuff is bad4 ur skin. eat sweets in moderation!
