How can I change video format for the videos on my camera?

I have a canon powershot elph 110 hs, and the video format is .MOV which cannot be used on Movie Maker, which is my only editing program I have as of now. How can I change the formal?? I tried using online converters, but it takes hours on end for one clip..

There are plenty of free video converters you could download to change the program.

If you want to edit the videos on Movie Make ,you may need to convert the mov to wmv.You can easily and quickly do it by many programs and you can read this guide to get the suggestion.
