Cash Registers

I went shopping today and everything that I wanted was on sale so I got it and it also said in the sale paper. So, I went 2 check out and when the total came 2 a high price I was shocked. are cash registers always wrong on products??? May not sound right but think first.

It depends on the cash register.

Some need to be programmed to convert to the sale price and others are inputted manually by the cashier.

So, technically, the cash register is never wrong - it only does what it’s programmed to do.

If you purchased a sale item and were charged full price, go back to the store and ask them about it.
