cant do this alone

I have been researching wicca for years, since I was 14, and its very difficult to keep up with learning all the material and history etc. I live in a town that is pretty conservative so it is very hard to find anybody to work with me, I think it would be easier for me to progress if I had a buddy to talk to about this. any suggestions?

I’d recommend trying to find online forums to expand your knowledge, that’s what I had to do, studying a topic that is kind of unknown, and it helped me immensely, it’s even better when the people are friendly and try to help you. That’s the best advice I have.

linsay21, she didn’t ask for you opinion on your beliefs, AND you just ADMITTED that you don’t know a thing about it, so don’t give advice on things you DON’T know about.

Plus it’s annoying when people always just preach to others.

as for the question:

My suggestion to you is to look for wiccans in your area, or maybe do a search (look at previous questions) to see who on this site are Wiccans, then you can speak to them about it.

linsay: you asked if its worth my time, and then you said that you love god etc, is god worth YOUR time? of course wicca is worth my time, just like god is worth yours

ifeelcrazy123: thank you very much, your answer is very helpful I didnt think about the people on this site, I’ve actually answered a few questions from wiccans here, as for wiccans in my area…I think I just might be the only one lol hah

im sry, dont want to offend you…maybe you should forget wicca and go to God who loves you hehe, and wants to be in your life…try church it can be fun! I love God and I’ll do what I can to get his message out…I dont know that much about wicca, but answer me this lol…is it really worth your time?
