Ok so I'm 14, 5,3 and weigh 142lbs.I wanna lose weigh so I can fit in more at school.I get picked on because of my weight and I just wanna fix it.Any advice?
I've lost over 45 pounds in 6 months. long time but just by drinking a gallon of water a day and eating normal but sm,aller porporsions. I LOVE food. and it wasn't even hard because the water fill you up to where your not as hungry. and snack on apple and laughing cow cheese its soo good, and healthy in a way. orr apples and light peanut butter. DONT COUNT Calories!! doesn't work. Try that :)
maybe try walking around the block every morning or evening. and don't eat meals past 6pm.
fistly you need to make sure that you want to lose weight for youself and not just to fit in youll probably find that if you work on your confidence walk tall and be yourself you dont need to change your psyical appearance dont go on any fad diets because your still growing. if you want to lose weight you know what to do eat in moderation and exercise regularly x
turn EMO and then youll be to sad to worry about what everyone else says
