Can my mom check who and what I am texting online?

My mom is saying she has proof of me talking to someone that I am not supposed to.. Can she go online and check who I have been texting and what I have been saying to them?

She can check online all of your outgoing and incoming messages (the time of the message, and the phone number) but she cannot actually see what you’re saying. (this is for T-Mobile, not sure how the other ones work) So if you’re talking to the person you’re not supposed to be talking to, when she checks online, it will show their number.

im sure that if its like that for one carrier its like that for others.. they are all pretty much the same.. except for the signal and stuff… hopefully its like that.. and im assuming it is.
