hi well I have suffered from eczema from my experience you should keep down on your stress levels keep cool in all weathers and dont let your skin dry out, find out if you have any other allergies. you can grow out of it as well. there are some good creams from the doctor. I dont know if that helps or not

I’ve had it since I was born and tried millions of percription treatments but none worked the only thing that helped me was growing out of it, as you get older theres a good chance it’ll become easier to live with

eczema has no cure. I hate having it. There is only treatment for it, and those treatments vary.
