Can I move out when I'm 15?

If I’m 15 and I’m having a lot of trouble with my mom and her new boyfriend, is there any way I can move out? Please help.

It depends on the laws in your state as to what age….mine it’s 17….it is also possible to apply for ‘emancipation’, but it’s not easily approved by the Court….an idea might be to call your local Police (non-emergency number) and ask them what age (they will know) or use a search engine to find on the net - enter: ‘(your state name) emancipation laws’ - should get you in the area.

Good Luck and God Bless !!
