Can I be pregnant even though I get periods?

i had sex a few days before i recieved my periods, my hands and feet are swelling up while im on my periods and im bleeing quite abit. is it posible that i could be pregnant even thou i have my periods?

I’ve dealt with two miscarriages so I can be of some help..when your pregnant your periods are short and light not heavy..so I think either your on your period and its really heavy or your dealing with a miscarriage but like captainassassin asked, how many periods have you had…i believe if you’ve had more than 3 your not pregnant!!!
