my friend and I are planning to take salsa classes that start in feb be4 registering..I jus want to knw if fat peple can dance salsa.. or will it be embrssin fr me.. my friend is skinny so I don think itll b a prob fr her
of course fat people can take salse..silly, anyone can atake salsa, it'll help you loose a little because it involves a lot of movign and wiggling..it's great fun, I took salsa a couple years ago..
