I'm a female but all my life to people I've been treated like the ugly duckling and at times I think im ugly and at times I feel really beautiful because im a beautiful nice artistic songwriting singer and I have so much beauty inside of me. People never give me a chance, my question is how do I get people to see me how I want them to see me instead of seeing me as just some ugly stupid girl? When my dream is to be a singer and nobody gives me the time of day, just based on my appearance. They dont give me any credit for the same jobs or the voice I have because they feel that way and I dont want to change my face because I love me.
Judging by your question, it seems you have it more figured out than you think!
Don't EVER let ANYONE influence how you feel about yourself or what you'll allow yourself to do. Lots of the folks we see walking the red carpet or whatever are just regular old folks like us, except they have hairdressers and makeup artists at their beck and call. There's nothing a good ole eyebrow waxing and some lipgloss won't fix.
God made you YOU for a reason, and it seems he sure got that mind/brain part really good! I'd rather be smart and confident like you than to be the most beautiful girl in the world without a thought in her head.

don't every put those thoughts to your head your the one who sets your destiny in life and don't let anyone bring you down cause if you believe that your ugly then might as well people call you ugly but if you believe that your the prettiest one on earth then not event miss world can tell you that you ugly . Thing positive all the time
Chase your dreams and show people your talent. stand up for yourself. If you have great self confidence and a life+ talent, then who cares what you look like?why would you care what you look like if you're happy and feel beautiful? people who judge others need to get a life!!
the only thing that I dont like about myself is my nose and im not sure if I want to change it, I feel like it may be a sin to change the way God created me.

It can only get in your way if you let it. Stop letting what others think make you go back into your shell. Be yourself and make sure you are heard. don't let others get in your way of your dream. Just go for it
