Here is the problem, i really want my bf to find me attractive but i just don't think he does despite the fact he always says it to me, his favourite celebrity is Jessica alba as in appearance wise. I don't want to sound like a trend follower or someone who copies all the time, but how can i look more like her, i mean you'v all seen me, what can i do to look like her a little more? I mean all aspect's hair, make-up, everything, i will still be unique i just want him to find me attractive.
Stefie, please don't do this :(. For one, you are gorgeous, there's no need for you to even TRY to look like someone else. I bet as soon as you achieve the look, he will get sick of it and want you back. I was also going through similar like problems with my boyfriend. For an entire year he constantly pointed out girls who looked good, or wish I looked like them etc. It utterly destroyed whatever was left of my self esteem, I can't even go out anymore without feeling like total crap because I would see girls similar to the ones he constantly pointed out. I'm also battling anorexia once again :/ I was recovering and it put me back again. The entire year of that crap, I refused to change myself one bit, then eventually I folded because I felt so horrible. In the end, he told me he missed the way I looked and the way I was before (attitude-wise, personality-wise). Thing is, I forgot how I was already, he destroyed it and now he is trying endlessly to make it up to me and get me back my lost Janice-y attitude o.o basically, right now I am a total and utter mess. I realize I'm ranting LOL. But what I am telling you is, in the end, whomever you choose to be with, ensure that they love you wholly for you. Sure they could have liked girls different from you before meeting you either in appearance or personality, but now that they are with you, they should love you for you. Really, if they are unable to love and want you to look like yourself, or act like yourself they aren't worth it. They aren't loving the whole package, but picking it apart and deciding what they want and what they don't and that is not love at all. Besides, let's see Jessica Alba and all those other celebrities without their make-up, airbrushes, photoshop, lipo-suction, plastic surgery, breast augementation, you can barely even find such pictures for most of them, I bet they look like regular girls without those things. So Stefie, you are just perfect the way you are, don't, please don't try to change it.

Dont change yourself. It may seem like it would be a good idea to have your boyfriend find you more attractive but it might also turn him away from you. He is dating you because he obviously was attracted to you and if you go trying to change it can possibly change his feelings for you in a negative way. Plus you are stunning the way you are and are completely a natural beauty. Jessica Alba only looks so good because she has tons of money to hire a professional trainer, buy tons of products, and have people edit her photos to give her her look. If he doesnt love you for the way you are including appearance he in all honesty is not worth changing for. Me and my boyfriend have been going through a problem like this and it turns out that he didnt want me trying so hard because it was making myself seem desperate and unattractive. So better to stay yourself and believe your boyfriend when he does say you are attractive! =D i mean do you want to make your boyfriend believe you think he is lying?

you don't have to be someone your not. don't even try. Boys are just being boys,sometimes we do get infatuated for sometime by celebrities or some ordinary people. BUT! when our GF give us an experience that no other girl can provide,will love her more than anyone else and stay loyal :) and by loyal,I say we get infatuated by someone but in the end I would only choose the one whom gave me an Experience of a life time :)
and oh,There are lots of boys find girls attractive in a different aspects. Could be Humor,Height,jolly,Loving,Caring and so many other qualities that a female has,regardless of her beauty :)

I fancy R Patz but I wouldn't want my partner to change himself to look like him. He fancies a woman from Doctor Who and it doesn't bother me, he likes me which is why he is with me which is the same reason your boyfriend is with you. I doubt he would want you to change and even feel like this. You should talk to him and tell him how you feel. He has told you he finds you attractive and you need to try and accept that he is telling the truth.
i no this may sound weird but i found it that a guy is more into u the less u care.. hahahaha.. when ya start caring a hole lot it freaks em out. so just be urself. and if he likes it which im sure he does then good if not fk em. its easier said then done but dont let him see u stressin over this. u r in control. and its ok to have crushes on other ppl.. just be cool about it and he will see how cool u r and love u even more.
