Can any one help?

Hi, I was woundering if any one could help me out. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for almost a year. I was on birth control for 8 years but quit taking it almost a year ago and my periods are just starting to get a pattern. And a couple of day ago I had a realy water pink spotting one day then the next it was a watery brown and then the third day it was a watery pink. And all the sudden I have like a pressure cramp on my lower left abdominal side. I was woundering if any one could help tell me what it is. Is this implantaion bleeding? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I dont realy have as kidney on my left side. I had a mass that wrapped around my left kidney and they removed most of it when I was 10.

It could be your period or you could be pregnant. I would advise taking a pregnancy test. Good luck:)
