Me and my girlfriend were messing about, and I think some of my pre ejac got on her fingers while she fingered herself, shes now 4 days overdues her period, could it just be late ?

Could be either or situation. Yes there is a chance of pregnancy if your cum was on her fingers and she inserted them into herself. But at the same time, there are a variety of things that could cause a missed period besides pregnancy, like body changes and stress. She should go to the doctor and get a blood test done, its more accurate then an at home pregnancy test.
